exhale Spa Battery Wharf is a spa at 2 Battery Wharf in Boston, MA 02109, offering massage and facial treatments for people looking to make time for personal care in the city. Its location gives visitors a specific destination to plan around, whether they are arranging a treatment for themselves or considering a spa appointment as part of a birthday or another occasion. The spa is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check appointment availability and confirm treatment pricing when booking so the details are clear before your visit.

Massage is a notable reason customers choose exhale Spa Battery Wharf. One reviewer praised an 80-minute signature massage, describing a therapist who focused on their problem areas and left them feeling deeply relaxed. Other feedback also highlights the therapists’ ability to work with individual tension points. For guests who want hands-on care rather than a quick, general appointment, these experiences suggest that it can be worth discussing your priorities with the therapist before the session begins. Whether you are looking for relief from areas that feel tight or simply hoping to set aside time to unwind, a massage appointment offers a focused way to do that. Treatment length and availability can vary, so confirm the options directly when scheduling.

Facials are another part of the spa’s offering. A repeat customer described seeing the same esthetician for more than a year and valued her knowledge, tailored approach to skin needs, and the way her skin looked after appointments. A separate review praised an esthetician’s understanding of lymphatic drainage points and facial anatomy, including the muscles and bones around the face and décolletage. Those comments may be especially useful if you are comparing facial services and want a treatment that feels attentive and informed. Share your skin-care goals and any areas of concern with the esthetician, and ask which available facial is appropriate for you; the reviews do not specify a complete menu of services or promise a particular result.

Customer feedback is positive about individual massage therapists and estheticians, while also noting concerns that are useful to know before planning. The business has a 4.0 rating from 271 reviews. Some reviewers describe booking confirmation or pricing confusion, and another reported disappointment with shower and locker-room maintenance. Experiences can differ, so confirm the appointment, price, and facilities you expect to use directly with the spa. For visitors comparing spas in Boston, exhale Spa Battery Wharf may suit someone seeking a massage or facial and valuing attentive one-to-one treatment, with a practical check-in on logistics before arrival. Its published hours offer both weekday and weekend appointment windows, making it possible to look for a time that fits your schedule.

Rahaf my esthetician was fabulous. Her technique and knowledge of the lymphatic drainage points as well as the muscle and bone structure was prominent as every movement felt deliberate. Her healing hands moved with symphony across my face and decolletage as if she understood the tension points in my face and upper body. This was the best facial I have had in years! Thank you and Bravo! I highly recommend Rahaf and I will be back. I have not even mentioned the deep cleansing and luxurious products use to hydrate my face. For another post.

I had a bit of a rocky start trying to book a spa treatment for my birthday — some miscommunication around appointment confirmation and pricing led to a billing issue that took a few calls to sort out. However, I want to give credit where it’s due: once management became aware of the situation, they reached back out and made things right. I initially decided to book with Exhale after reading all the good reviews and positive experiences others have had. The stars must have aligned perfectly for my mishap to occur, and problem resolution would have probably happened sooner if I wasn’t 3 time zones away. I appreciate a well rounded business that handles upset clients with the same professionalism as they would a satisfied client. I am excited to try Exhale Spa again the next time I find myself on the East Coast!

The massage therapists are amazing but the facility and management are beyond disappointing. Showers and locker rooms have not been maintained even though the spa had a recent renovation. Don't bother planning on showering there. The towel …

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I’ve been seeing Jill for facials for over a year now, and she is hands down the BEST. She’s so knowledgeable, always knows exactly what my skin needs, and I always leave glowing she’s seriously transformed my skin. For massages, I love Nikki for deep tissue and Shannon for flow, both are amazing in their own ways. Nikki is amazing at finding every tight spot and working it out perfectly; she gives the perfect amount of pressure and always leaves me feeling brand new. Shannon, on the other hand, has such a calming energy and gives the most relaxing, fluid massage. If you’re looking for facials or massages, definitely book with Jill, Nikki, or Shannon, they are the absolute best.
