Sign in to reviewVery clean, friendly staff. I came for an acrylic fill with gel and a pedicure. The pedicure was 10/10, great pedicure. The acrylic nail fill was not a good experience at all. The nail tech burnt multiple fingers pretty bad with the drill tool, I was in quite a bit of pain during the service and the pain lingered for a few days after. The last photo is one of the burns healing under my nail and the pain is quite strong to the touch. Then, not even two days after the service, my gel is peeling, bubbling, and falling off my nail. My cuticles were not attended to either and the overall quality of the fill/manicure is poor and looks rushed and doesn’t compare to fills I’ve had done elsewhere. Loved the pedicure but the manicure I am very unimpressed and disappointed.
I had such a great experience here! The salon is incredibly clean and well-maintained. You can tell they really take pride in their space and hygiene standards. Tracy was absolutely amazing—she paid so much attention to detail and made sure my full set turned out perfect. She was not only skilled but also super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment even more enjoyable. I’m beyond happy with how my nails came out and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Tracy if you want flawless results!
So I have been to a few nail placed to find my “home” nail salon. I definitely found it. They are so efficient, but still do an incredible job. They do all they can to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. The owners and workers are so nice. It’s truly a 10/10 experience. If you’re in South Austin and looking for a nail salon… truly look no further. The customer service is top tier. It’s fairly priced. I have no interest in looking for another salon. ❤️
Unsanitary. Our first and second times here in August and November it was a great experience! But after a week ago, never again. My wife and I got pedicures here last week. Leading up to getting in the chair was fine, but they did seem kind of annoyed with us. The whole time it felt like they were gossiping about us, because they would be working, look at each other, then us, and laugh. My pedicure was lackluster. Nails were cut unevenly, and now I have an infection in my big toe. Incredibly painful, and this place is the only reason of why this would happen. Never going back, and neither should you. My wife's fingernails did look really beautiful after her manicure though
I feel that I went to a different place than all other good reviews are talking about. I felt being harassed and looked at as a money bag. Really didn’t appreciate such attitude. Got so-called pedicure yesterday. The whole experience was terrible from the moment we walked in the door. Smelled too strong with whatever essence they burn there. I was the 1st customer, lady on the left greeted me briefly and stated: “check-in” Am I at the doctor or something? Okay, I walked back to empty front desk to the IPad to enter my name, phone number and date of birth. So basically, they are forcing you to leave your data there. The IPad kept losing connection 3 times, I finally said I didn’t want to be doing that. So they took me inside to the right side, it was pretty dark, the chandelier was off. Weirdly enough, they did have another chandelier on on the other side, where there was no customers’s at all. My mom was with me just waiting. They kept pushing: “only one pedicure? Let’s do 2 at the same time! You don’t want manicure?” Common, I’m not here to bargain, I told you what I need and I don’t want to be upsold so bluntly! I asked if my mom could sit next to me, but they said no. She had to sit at the table a bit away from me, so we couldn’t chat. I guess, they were afraid she would use their massage chair without paying for the service. Clean off and massage was done by a male attendant and then an older lady came in. I was in my headphones, trying to relax and they kept tapping me on the shoulder, asking to leave them review online and making it seem I could win in their “draw lottery”. I just wanted to get a decent pedicure in peace, that I was paying for. It was really annoying, then they brought a card and asked to write all my info there and drop in that box😤 that was even not half way through. The quality of the service you can tell by the pics attached. The nail shape wasn’t even properly filed to look the same. After the nails were polished, the lady barely gave me any time to dry the nails. She kept kicking me out and asking to pay, I had to tell her twice to GIVE me some time. It’s not gel, it takes time to dry. Especially, taking into consideration 1/3 of the polishes I tried to open, when picking color, didn’t twist off - so they were old and dry. Which proved to be true, since I waked away in my flip-flips, put sneakers on 5 hrs later and the polish got screwed! If I paid with my credit card, I would have called my bank and disputed the charge. I want a refund! Really wouldn’t recommend for regular manicure/pedicure.
