I don't think there are enough words in the dictionary for me to explain how incredible it was to work with Steve as my agent. I had found him from a reddit post about the best Denver agents, and when they mentioned his commission rebate for people like me who love doing their own leg work and research I was sold. With the way the market has been and having to work around my leases, I have been working with Steve for almost three whole years. During those three years I went through all the stages: accepted offers that were terminated because of inspection items, best offers that were beat because of a cash buyer, and finally an accepted offer that finally went all the way through and thanks to Steve I am a first time homeowner! Steve was communicative and available for a call whenever needed and spoke his mind about the good and bad throughout the entire process. Him giving me his upfront and unfiltered opinions really made me feel comfortable that I was doing the buying process the correct way. I couldn't not be happier with having Steve as my agent these past 3 years, and to get half of his commission as rebate to help lowering my closing costs was just the cherry on top. With today’s tools, many buyers are able to identify homes of interest on their own, and his approach allows self-sufficient shoppers to benefit from that while still receiving outstanding professional support when it matters most. Once I found the right home, Steve’s communication was excellent and his negotiation skills were top notch. He made the entire process feel smooth and straightforward. The credit toward closing was also a significant benefit, especially in today’s rate environment where paying down points can make a real difference. Whether applied toward points or general closing costs, it provided meaningful value. I honestly could not see myself using another realtor to buy a home in the Denver area.

Steve's realtor model of rebating you back part of the realtor commission in exchange for doing a little more leg work yourself worked great for me and my family. We knew exactly where we wanted to buy, so I just sent over addresses of homes to look at and Steve had walks set up for us pretty much the next day every time. We looked at a ton of homes fast and got through this process extremely fast. We eventually bought a new home through a new home builder, Meritage. Luckily since Steve has done a lot of business in the area, he already knew the Meritage salesman and we were able to get the entire process flowing quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend Steve and his team!

Steve helped us buy our first home in Arvada CO. What initially drew me to working with him was the 50% rebate on the buyers commision, with housing prices today this ends up being a pretty significant savings. I was originally a little hesitant because it seems too good to be true, but the reviews convinced me and here I am adding to the pile of 5 star reviews. I set up an introductory meeting with him and from the get go really appreciated his no nonsense approach to the process. He is very upfront about his business model and I really appreciated that. Steve believes that he can give value to the shrewd home buyer both by giving them a rebate, and by having vast experience in the parts of real estate transaction that you actually want to lean on a real estate agent for, namely negotiating and navigating the contract process. Steve did really great at both, helping me negotiate the deal for my home really well while getting me money back towards closing. Steve is upfront that he will not hound you to go look at homes and that you are somewhat on your own in terms of finding a home (although he is very prompt about helping you set up showings). This was a significant plus to me, as I hate that almost every agent I talk to wants to constantly call me. Steve was extremely responsive when I needed to reach out to him which is ideal to me. With the advent of Zillow I don't need an agent to find houses for me, so this was an amazing set up for me. If you are looking for someone to tell you what house to buy and find houses for you, Steve is not your guy and he will tell you that. If you are looking for a stellar agent with experience doing hundreds of transactions that will add value in the process where it actually matters, Steve is #1. I would work again with Steve in a heartbeat.
