As a manager transitioning from a captive agency to an independent agency, I faced a steep learning curve with no one on-site to train me on EZLynx. Thanks to their incredible support team, my first year has been a huge success. Cristina Lopez was a lifesaver during our Optimization Session, taking the time to walk me through the system's functionalities and processes. Beyond that, their E-Mail-Support is highly responsive, and their live "Office Hours" are incredibly helpful for working through any specific hurdles. When I need to troubleshoot on my own, their library of videos, webinars, and articles is an invaluable tool. I am so grateful for all the support I’ve received during this transition year!

We recently engaged with EZLynx as our AMS for a new niche insurance agency doing business in all 50 States. Not only am I extremely impressed with the high level of customer service we have received, but EZLynx went above and beyond to make sure that their platform is truly a one-stop-shop for our AMS needs.
