Sign in to reviewMade appt with Lily 3 weeks ago. When I got there she was busy so her husband started pedicure. It was very rushed. No lotion nothing except soak my feet and change my polish. She took another customer and he started my fill. I protested. He said I could wait for Lily but it would be a couple of hours. I should have left but I was tired and just wanted them done. First he cut off one of my nails without even asking (I have a cosmetology license so I know the procedure). I don’t believe he is even licensed (don’t know either way). I yelled what are you doing these are all my own nails. He said I had a fungus. You Don’t have to cut off the nail to treat a fungus. Just trim the area and fill. He did not use any “no lift” even after I told him to. Glued one of my lifted nails crooked. Did not carry product out to the end of nails so all are bumpy. Did not cut the new tip he applied to be even with my other nails It is about 1/2 inch longer than all the rest. Did not file to remove edges from nail and skin. I came home and did that myself. Then he literally slopped the polish on. By the way I brought all my own polish with me. Then he charged me $90 for this mess. I paid it ( no tip) and left. Lily was doing someone’s eyelashes with the door open and never even turned her head to see what was happening. This was Friday. I haven’t had time to get them fixed yet but am going to go somewhere else and have them redone tomorrow. I am very angry and disgusted with how this went down. I actually waited 5 days before posting this to lessen my anger but it didn’t help. Every time I look at this mess I am angry all over again.
I've been going to Lilly for several years and think she is the best. She is speedy too. I started going to her with my silk nails. She wanted to know why I didn't want Acrylic nails. I told her they were too thick. You can spot them a mile away. She assured me she could make them just a thin as my silks. She was right. I never went back to the silks. Occasionally she is even willing to work me in at the last minute.
They drill to hard into the nail leaving it almost cut, the male employee needs more training, though he is good there are still some things he completely needs help with, he does not understand how to do acrylic nails and leaves them slightly lumpy. The owners/employees are extremely friendly and a pleasure to be around.
It's just Lily and her husband Travis that work here, so please be patient if they get busy. It's better to call and see when they have time available instead of just walking in, but they'll help you either way. They are both wonderful at their jobs, very professional, and always kind. I've be coming here every two weeks for five years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
I've come here many times over the years, the woman does an amazing job. The man does a good job too, but he seems to be in a bad mood about it. Always get a pedicure, the chairs massage you and the water, scrub and foot massage feel good! There's a fish tank with large fish to look at in the back. There's a tv, too, and a small room for waxing. I've only gotten my nails done tho. I leave satisfied with the work done every time
