Faifo Noodle House is a Vietnamese restaurant in Westminster, Colorado, serving pho and other Vietnamese favorites at 5055 W 72nd Ave D. It is a welcoming choice for diners looking for a generous bowl of soup, familiar comfort food, or a first taste of Vietnamese cooking. Customer feedback highlights fresh ingredients, satisfying portions, and good value for the quality. With a 4.6-star rating across 931 reviews, Faifo has earned a strong reputation among local diners, while individual experiences and preferences naturally vary.

Pho is one of the restaurant’s most frequently praised dishes. Reviewers describe flavorful broth, a generous amount of meat, and a more measured portion of noodles than some other pho restaurants serve. Options mentioned by customers include oxtail pho and a pho bowl with four toppings. The menu also offers Vietnamese beef stew, or bò kho, which one diner appreciated for its rich, aromatic broth and balanced sweetness, recalling a family recipe. These customer impressions make Faifo an appealing stop for anyone curious about Vietnamese noodle soups and slow-simmered comfort dishes.

Other meals mentioned in reviews include a substantial combination bowl with assorted pork and vegetables, fried chicken, and bone marrow that one guest called exceptionally large. These dishes offer alternatives for people dining together who want different flavors and textures, rather than everyone ordering the same soup. The restaurant is described as a no-frills neighborhood spot, but customers note that the interior is pleasant despite the unassuming strip-mall setting. That contrast makes it a practical place for a relaxed meal without requiring a special occasion.

Faifo Noodle House may suit longtime pho fans, families and friends seeking a casual meal, and newcomers interested in trying Vietnamese staples. Guests can dine in or order food to go; reviews suggest that portion experiences may differ between visits and takeout orders, so expectations can vary. The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Whether you are stopping by for pho, exploring bò kho, or choosing another dish from the menu, Faifo offers a local Westminster option for Vietnamese food in a comfortable, straightforward setting.

Not sure what I expected, but it wasn't this, and whatever it was, it was fantastic. What a great little spot. Do not let the rough strip mall fool you. It is nice inside, and the food is excellent. I had the #6 which was basically assorted pork and veggie ramen. The bowl was huge. I will say, it seemed a little light on noodles, but everything was flavorful and delicious. I definitely recommend.

Wow, how fortunate are we to find this unicorn of a restaurant that serves bò kho and many Vietnamese staples. Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father’s recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It’s a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We’ll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.

For this area, Faifo is my top choice for pho. No-frills, fresh ingredients, great price for the quality and quantity. Rather than loading up on noodles like some pho places, they gave a modest amount of noodles and a large portion of meat. Edit: Previous visit was takeout, most recent visit was dine-in. Still tasty and they still give a good amount of protein. The self-service stations for toppings, utensils and cleanup mean that you can get in and out quickly for a weekday lunch break. And they have a $1 lunch discount!

Definitely recommend this place for those that are interested in trying Vietnamese food. I’ve been here a multitude of times and the only thing that can be a little disappointing is when ordering to go, servings can be a little sparse. It’s …

Folks, we have never had a more massive bone marrow...ever than at Faifo. Oxtail, pho with 4 toppings and my wife got fried chicken. It was so good. Try this place, please. Enjoy the pictures!
