I had an exceptional experience at Fairy Nails Lounge and can confidently say it is one of the best nail salons I have ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and respected, creating a positive and relaxing environment for everyone. I received a gel manicure and a pedicure, and both services were done with great care, precision, and attention to detail. The results were beautiful, long-lasting, and exactly what I wanted. What truly sets Fairy Nails Lounge apart is the respect and kindness they show to every client — they treat everyone with dignity and never make anyone feel uncomfortable or judged. The salon is clean, well-organized, and calming, and the team is patient and attentive throughout the entire experience. I am very disappointed with both the quality of service and the customer service I received. I got a gel manicure, and within just 2 days, several of my nails had already chipped. When I returned to have them fixed, I was told that only the chipped nails would be repaired. I requested that the entire manicure be redone because I did not want to keep returning for repeated fixes, especially since the service was only a few days old. However, I was told that the salon was short-staffed and that I should come back the following day. What was most frustrating was the lack of concern or apology for the inconvenience. Now, only a few days later, more of my nails have become damaged, which confirms that the original application was not done properly. I paid for a gel manicure expecting it to last significantly longer than a few days. I expected better workmanship, accountability, and customer service.

My nail tech Chelsea captures exactly what I want and is very talented. I appreciate her dedication and time to capture my vision. The nail salon its self is beautiful, welcoming, and amazing customer service. The owner really put amazing thought into this business. Very well managed. -Returning Customer ❤️😇🙏🤗

Halen is my absolute favorite Also all the ladies are super friendly and I love my hot tea during my visits. I come every 2-3 weeks and I absolutely look forward to it. Halen makes all my nail inspos come to life.

First time coming to this location. I got the Gel X manicure with custom polish and design done by Kelly. I’m very happy with how the quality and design of the set came out. Nails came out to $100, for the time they took and how they came out id say it’s a great value. Everyone here was very friendly, and helpful. I’ll be here again and would recommend this nail salon to anybody in the area :)
