I scheduled a new patient annual visit and was placed in an exam room where I waited over an hour. The assistant came in only to take my vitals. The physician never showed up. Eventually, I had to leave. Now the office is trying to charge me the full price of the visit for an appointment where I never actually saw the doctor. Their explanation? That if I had just kept waiting, I supposedly wouldn’t have been charged. That response is beyond unreasonable. Patients have schedules, jobs, and responsibilities. Expecting someone to sit in a room for a hour with no provider and then blaming them for leaving is unacceptable. There was zero respect for my time and no accountability for their failure and no apology I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Got saw in 15 minutes. Katherine Murray is an amazing PCP. She listens and actually cares. She doesn't just dismiss my symptoms but truly works with me. Highly recommend. 😁😁 Idk about the other doctors though …

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and have been struggling with a bad cold. I booked an appointment online since this is the doctor assigned to me through my insurance. Shortly after, I received a call from the receptionist telling me the appointment time wasn’t available, which was fine — she offered other dates, and I selected one. However, after all that, she then told me they wouldn’t be able to see me because the last name on my insurance card (my maiden name) doesn’t match the one on my driver’s license (my married name). I explained that this has never been an issue before — not with my OB appointments, not at the pharmacy, nowhere. They’ve always just processed it under my maiden name. But the receptionist just kept repeating that it was “their policy” and offered no real help. She even suggested that I “try changing my driver’s license,” as if that’s something simple to do right now. It’s incredibly disappointing that, being this far along in my pregnancy and needing care, they refused to help me over something so minor. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of compassion.

They just canceled my appointment. I used zocdoc app and get appointment for 4:15pm, day after they start messing me that we don't accept new patients at 4pm and after. So if you don't accept why we can choosing 4:15pm in zocdoc???? And you have access to app, you cancelled my appointment in app, so why you don't change appointments if you don't want to accept at that time??? You can see pictures below that I took from zocdoc, and also you can see on app. For any days they have appointment for 4:15pm but they will texting you some messages like "do you want to change appointment time? Because we will not accept new patients after 4pm"

I have a very sick daughter. Dr. Nguyen showed a day full of open appointments on ZocDoc. I made the appt and filled out all of the patient paperwork at 3pm the day before. I also called and left a message asking them to confirm the appointment since I would be driving 20+ minutes to get there. I never received a call back but 20 minutes before my appointment, I got an email saying the doctor had canceled it. I think it is highly unprofessional to list openings all day and then to simply cancel them 20 minutes prior if you are busy.
