Sign in to reviewChelsea and Amy are amazing! I have gone to most nail salons within a 4 mile radius, and no one can do chrome AND intricate designs like this. They even have options to do marble, bejewel your nails, and ombré…basically everything. Chelsea always checked in to make sure I wasn’t hurting or asked if I needed anything. She also gave me an espresso and candy and water! What! Amazing customer service! The nail salon is brand new and clean, and state of the art. My nails have never looked better. The other salons on the same street don’t clean your cuticles for an acrylic, but Chelsea made SURE I had a perfect acrylic design and color and manicure. Super meticulous. She also listens to her customer’s wants and needs, and doesn’t push too much. I showed her a sample photo and she gently suggested a few changes and I trusted her and it turned out AMAZING. 10/10 coming back. Amy also gave me a really relaxing pedicure, great foot massage, and SUPER clean color. Thanks Chelsea and Amy!!
I wish I could give this place zero stars! Katie, the owner, made my nails look blotchy, claiming it was my fault. However, my daughter’s nails, which are perfectly healthy, also have blotchy bases. Despite my pleas for two days to fix them, she refused and kicked me out of her nail salon today. She still refuses to try to fix them or reimburse me.
I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea. She accommodates my requests. Also, her shop has a variety of nail polish colors to choose from. She always ask if everything is ok and if I needed something. I also enjoyed the massage chair that she has. The chair was massaging my back while she’s doing my nails. It was so relaxing!
Katie is the best! She never disappoints, I always leave the salon with beautiful nails. She makes sure I'm comfortable and satisfied before I walk out. Her designs are the cutest! Thank you Katie for being the best and sweetest nail tech!
Chelsea is the best, just got back from my second appointment with her. I've never been to a salon where I felt so pampered and comfortable. In the past I've always done very simple styles but Chelsea has turned me on to trying something new both times - I've never gotten more compliments. I've lived in the neighborhood my whole life and have tried nearly every shop at some point, no one compares!
