Sign in to reviewI had a great experience getting a haircut and wash with Jennifer! She is super personable, listened to all my hair concerns, and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. The salon is clean, well organized, and a bonus was being greeted as soon as I walked into the door. I booked an appointment online the night before and that was really easy too, and the system was simple to navigate. Super bonus is that they have a punch card rewards system. ⭐️ This is by far my favorite Fantastic Sams! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! 🙂
Julie at Fantastic Sam’s Santee has consistently done an amazing job on my husband’s hair for the past year. First & foremost she listens & each time he’s changed his style (longer/shorter etc) she makes excellent suggestions. He has 2 cowlicks & she’s always mindful of these. She’s the only person he trusted to cut his hair for our daughter’s recent wedding (photo). In addition to being very nice & personable, Julie continually checks in with him during the process to make sure he’s good with the length, style, etc. Thanks so much, Julie. He’ll be back!
Lisa and Jennifer were amazing. They worked as a team to give me the best experience possible. Even when the color didn’t turn out exactly as we discussed, Lisa stayed extra late just to make it perfect! Beautiful cut and color.
I went in with nice long hair asking for a trim and left with a totally different hairstyle. The result was nothing close to the picture I have or the description I gave. The side burns are uneven and there are strands that are just longer by a lot. My silhouette isn't even remotely close. I paid 30usd, and I wouldn't go there again if they paid me 60usd.
I can't say enough about Nadia. I received highlights from her today and I am so very happy with the way that my hair turned out. She was so pleasant and professional. I will definitely be returning ☺️
