Sign in to reviewI have been with Farmers Insurance for so many years now. Dealing with a lady but she no longer works at this agency. Now, dealing with agent Bertin Santibañez, he is by far the most unprofessional, not responsive person I've ever met! When you're trying to talk to him over the phone he interrupts you letting you know that the way they do business! Farmers is a good insurance but please do not deal with this person or this agency they are very unprofessional. Stay away!!! My insurance increase Buy $51 overnight without a reason. My credit is great, I have zero accidents, my record is absolutely clean & I'm paying over $312 for insurance on a new tundra. After doing more research I noticed that the average cost for my insurance is no more than $208/mo I immediately called "my agent" Bertin Santibañez to help me understand why was there an increase of over $300. he had no idea and he said he would call me back. Instead of calling me back he sent someone else I have never spoken to & had no idea what the purpose of my call was in the beginning. Juan without knowing the reason of my call offered me 5% discount automatically. I immediately stopped him and told him I was not interested on a 5% discount all I wanted to know is why my insurance increase $51 overnight without a reason. he couldn't answer that question and said he would call me back that was a 9:00am. I had no call from neither Bertin not Juan all day until I had to call back around 5 p.m. I was very upset for how the conversation went because Bertin kept interrupting me and being very rude. he again offered me 5% discount but couldn't answer the question that I had in the beginning. She kept interrupting me saying that was the way they do business. I automatically told him that I was recording the conversation and that's when he changed his attitude. If you are considering Farmers Insurance stay away from this office & DO NOT deal with Bertin Santibanez he is not responsive, rude & over all very unprofessional!!
NO RESPONSE AFTER EMAILS AND PHONE MESSAGES REGARDING CHANGES TO MY POLICY. NEVER HAD SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE.
