As Today 11-24-2025 received an email from Kathy MinhThuy Nguyen District Retention Specialist stating Ron doesn’t have the experience to handle high value cases like my car if that happened to me it will happen to any one that deal with him my advice to you is don’t do business with someone like him he was good in the beginning because wanted your business now he is just another slacker. Unprofessional and irresponsible.read more below: Ron Miranda lie to lure customers in to his portfolio he told me the day after my accident no matter what Farmers will fix you car,is been over a month and NOTHING has done they claiming that is a special edition and rare car they ratter loose a customer that has multiple insurance and pay lots of money to feeding his family what a shame! don’t trust or believe this agent and don’t waste your money.
