This agents insured hit my car head on on 11/24/20 admitting fault as she was not looking where she was going. No one has reached out to me to take care of my car 3 days later. Although this is a holiday week, there is no reason for someone to have failed to reach out. To add insult to injury, the insured lives across the street from me and Farmers has picked up her car to get it fixed! I called this office as well as the claims adjuster, also the national claims office and all offices are closed until Monday. Even if they reach out to me on Monday, I will be without a car for 7 days! This is the definition of horrible customer service!

After many years of my parents having Farmers the staff was very uncooperative with assisting closing account after selling home. Person that answered phone at Sherry”s office was very hostile and in my opinion unprofessional. Instead of helping to assist in canceling account kept asking why we didnt call sooner, excuse after excuse we had to contact Farmers insurance directly to get cancellation handled only use Sherry if your never going to cancel or need help otherwise staff will accuse you of lying and give obstacles to insure you dont cancel. If home sold and Farmers noted account that its sold maybe thank your customers for being loyal all these years. What good is a personal relationship of many years if they wont be there when you need them most especially after family greiving a death in the family. Janice was hostile from beginning of the call the excuse of situation being complicated no excuse ever to be rude and hostile to a longterm client even was bold to say your not our customer your parents were. I will never do business with this office. If a home being sold is complicated and Farmers noting account that they verified home sold , imagine a claim being handled is that complicated as well? Janice also never offered to backdate to January she just kept arguing in a hostile tone why didnt you call sooner , when did you call in a hostile tone.

This office stayed in touch the whole time to be sure I received the best information.
