Sign in to reviewI went to this place because I needed a copy of my insurance, and the lady there was very kind—you rarely find that kind of friendliness these days. Plus, the place itself had a super relaxed and clean atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot.
Would give him 0 stars if it was an option. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Thanh. From the beginning, his behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. He completely disregarded our concerns and even went so far as to take a payment from us without our consent. When we canceled our policy and were expecting a refund check, he refused to assist us and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Throughout our interactions, Thanh was consistently rude, arrogant, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Because of this experience, we no longer wish to do business with him and strongly advise others to avoid using him as an agent. We would never recommend Thanh to anyone seeking honest and reliable service.
I'm so grateful to Thanh Trieu and his team for their quick work in getting me homeowner's insurance. He understood exactly what I wanted and worked late to put a policy together that fit all my needs. Highly recommend!
Thanh Trieu and his staff have been excellent and helpful with all our insurance needs, Home, Cars and Umbrella coverage. Recently after 12 years with the Farmers Ins. for some unknown reasons our coverage was dropped, Trieu worked very hard for several months to get us back with Farmers Ins. Trieu is an excellent individual to work with and truly a professional in the field.
DO NOT EVER go there!!!!! The owner and his assistance both were extremely rude, unprofessional, and have no matters. Owner was yelling, cursed, and threatened to leave before he removed me himself. His assistance was exactly the same thing. I have never experienced this before. His assistance refused me to be around when she was doing my immigration check and kept on telling me to go way and sit down. I have reported this to field print. Avoid this business at all costs!!!!!! Zero start . Again do not ever ever go there.
