Sign in to reviewBrought a Toyota Avalon that was blowing warm humid air, came out blowing cold AC. It was blowing colder than my new vehicle that was a couple years old and got colder quicker. The owner has been doing this for a while. Though this review is long overdue, if you are looking at trying no to get ripped off, then this is the place to go to. He is honest will tell you, no way to say it can be fixed for sure without diagnostics first. It held up over three years later. Still blowing Rick James "Cold As Ice."
My experience working with Shawn to replace the AC in my BMW X5 was outstanding from start to finish. He was honest, detailed, professional, and genuinely cares for his customers. I was able to schedule an inspection and test the next morning, and Shawn walked me through the entire process—identifying the issues, eliminating possible causes, and ensuring the problem was accurately diagnosed before replacing the compressor. His cost for replacing the compressor was about half of the BMW service estimate, using a new part from the same manufacturer. During the repair, he kept me updated with messages and photos of the progress. He also ran diagnostic tests on the vehicle to make sure there were no remaining issues and pointed out items that may need attention in the future. My AC is running great! I’m very grateful for the care, professionalism, and results. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone!
Used Shawn twice this summer and found him to be very knowledgable and fair in his work. Did testing on my car air conditioner without charge to test the various components before isolating the problem as the condenser - his price was very reasonable. Just now did brakes and he replaced leaking radiator hoses and clamps and again very reasonable. Provides pictures and explanations as he works.
Shawn is very knowledgeable and honest. He would not take shortcuts that would make work easier for him but more costly for the customer.
Shawn is very nice and straight forward. He kept us informed throughout the process and even did the test to check our A/C in front of us. Has great communication and transparency throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend
