I have never left a google review before but I feel inclined to after the impeccable service I received from FWC Jewelers. I brought my family heirloom 1950s Omega watch here after running it through the washing machine and dryer and Sean fixed it in about 4 minutes and even cleaned up some scuff marks on the glass. Fairly new to the area, I wasn’t sure where to go to look at diamonds other than the big named stores like Ben Bridge and Tiffany’s. I previously had a small, local jeweler and I really missed the low pressure, knowledge and authentic experience. I looked at reviews thinking I would need to go to Bellevue or Seattle to find that experience and find someone I could trust. Federal Way Customer Jewelers had excellent reviews and was close to home so I decided I would visit them. I was so impressed! Instantly I felt they were knowledge and I could trust them - no pressure. I came in to get their thoughts on a solitaire diamond I wanted to match for earrings. I ended up leaving them all my jewelry to get an appraisal and schedule another time to look at some matches for that diamond. About a week later I received all my jewelry back clean and with appraisals. I also looked at some diamonds Brandon thought might be a good match for that 40-something year old solitaire diamond. Brandon ended up finding an excellent match! About two weeks later I had a beautiful pair of diamond earrings with my appraisal in hand. Excellent service, knowledge and without any pressure. I am so pleased to have found a local jeweler I can completely trust.

This is my favorite local jeweler! I have been coming here for repairs for years- they do amazing work with great prices. Then I stopped in to buy a gold chain for a necklace I inherited, and ended up looking at their Antique cases too. They had this amazing Art Deco target ring that I just had to have- it’s amazing- and I’ve gotten so many complements on it! The customer service was amazing - I never felt pressured to buy, the staff were super knowledgeable, and I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you!

One of my new favorite places! The item diversity is wondrous. So many interesting and vintage pieces, even if you’re not shopping to buy, it’s just fun to browse. Next to my Seahawks season tickets, this is my favorite place to have to save money for. Every time I go in, I find one or two things that I would love to have. Go! You will not be disappointed. 🥰

I am so happy that I found Sean and Federal Way Custom Jewelers. He worked with me on designing my custom engagement ring and was patient during the many micro adjustments (there was a lot) to the design until I was happy. He also figured out solutions to get me the exact look I was going for to make it look aged. My husband also got his dream ring since they have so many options available to choose from . We are both thrilled with our rings and how smooth it all went. On top of that every time we went in the staff was friendly and welcoming!
