Sign in to reviewStarted going here because they are literally 5 mins away from me. I am loving the set Nina did on me. She was kind & helped me come up with a cute elegant look for my nails. I told her I will definitely see her for my fill. Book with Nina. The only complaint I would have it that I was charged for “nail shaping & nail length” even though it was a fill & not a new set. No extra length was added nor shaped was changed. It wasn’t a huge deal but I will ask about it next time.
The staff and service at Fendy is top tier. I’ve been going here to get my nails done for around 2 years now and they never disappoint, even when I come in with some crazy design they nail it every time. Their warranty on fixing your nails is such a lovely touch. Not to mention, I get the GelX every time and I make props for a living so I’m constantly using my hands- they always stay on for 5-8 weeks even with the long claws I get. I’ve been to other nail techs in my area and no one compares, even after moving out of LB I always make the hour drive out to get my nails done at Fendy.
This place has lost its sparkle. I have not been in a while and took two friends, thinking I was going to show off a lavish spot. The customer services was as if we were a bother in asking questions and the services quality was not up to par. My nail polish color was not filled in completely some fingers had edges still bare. My friend added on acrylic set was lumpy. Like how!!?? Our pedicures did not have the pretty added items in the water, which was to be included. Overall I was embarrassed. I could've gone to any random regular smaller shop for the same outcome. Unfortunately, this place quality is no longer lavish and top tier "fancy".
Overall I am pleased and will most likely be back!! This was my first time so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had looked up shops that specialize in cuticle care with dip overlay and AI recommendations gave this shop a good rating. I called ahead and got VM with no identifying message so I was unsure. But I got a return call right back! I was told that prices may need to be updated on the sight but that they would honor what was posted. I was told that they had open availability and tech available now so I was there within 15 minutes. The store was pretty busy though so I did wait just a couple minutes for a tech to finish up. I had Jackelynn for my nails. She was great!! Omg!! She did a great job on my cuticles!! That’s a big deal for me and she worked it out!! I had Suri for my pedi and boy oh boy she was great!! I like my toes super short and out of the corners. She got em!! This place is really great and I’m happy I found this spot!!
They didn’t cut me once! They are the first place I’ve been to in LA that can say that. I didn’t like the color I picked out and she easily swapped for a better one. My feet look great!
