Sign in to reviewLove the drinks! On another note.. I never recommend putting tips into the tip jar. I watched my tip get taken out and pocketed by a young male and when I tried to tell the young lady up front didn’t understand what I was trying to tell her. If you tip I’d recommend doing that thru your card or make sure it gets to her and they know you tipped them. As another lady said in her review there was a note out on tip jar by staff that said basically if you don’t tip your drink won’t be as good as someone that did tip. I can sadly say that’s true. I’ve always tipped thru card and my drinks are always great but this time I decided to put my tip in the jar and so she didn’t know I rules and my drink was actually not good like usual. Was lots of ice with little bits of cookie and hardly much milk. Sad it has to be that way.
We recently ordered multiple drinks from Feng Cha for our office through a third-party delivery service. Unfortunately, one of the drinks arrived spilled and completely undrinkable, and we also didn’t receive enough straws for the order. I contacted the store to explain the situation, and within just a few minutes, the owner personally called me and brought a replacement drink along with extra straws by himself. Mistakes can happen, especially with large orders and third-party deliveries, but what truly matters is how a business responds. The staff and owner handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care, which we really appreciated. Because of their excellent customer service, we will definitely continue ordering from this store and highly recommend Feng Cha at this location to others!
Absolutely love this place! The boba is always fresh and perfectly chewy, and the tea flavors are rich and well-balanced. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe inside is cozy and inviting. It’s my go-to spot for a sweet treat or a quick pick-me-up. Highly recommend!
Friendly smile, great drinks, and open later than other boba places ! What more can I ask for? My go tos are always the fruit drinks being my favorite is the summer melon. It’s so refreshing! Highly recommended and will always stop by after dinner close by!
