“I was really disappointed with the tiramisu I ordered. It was basically just a plain sponge cake inside and not soaked in coffee as a traditional tiramisu should be, and nowhere was it mentioned that it would be like this & The flavor was very bland too. It did not meet my expectations at all.

Great boba texture and friendly staff. They are soft and chewy, not too hard. Service was quick, and everyone was welcoming. This is one of my favorite go-to spots for boba and tea. The quality of the drinks is just better than the rest, at least in the area.

A cute spot to get some boba. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and it pretty good. I love the interiors of this place which has enough space for enjoying your drink and getting your office or college work done. The parking is a bit complicated (I found a narrow path adjacent to this place which led to parking spots in the back of the building.

We love this location! The staff is always great and friendly! Sam took our order and gave us great recommendations. Mango Au Lait is one of the new faves along with the dirty boba. If you’re in the Heights area, this is a must place to visit.
