Gong Cha @ TX151

We used to love coming here but after the last two visits I think we will be going elsewhere. We came back today after a few days ago we showed up closer to closing and were greeted with “ we don’t have this don’t have that, do you still want anything” not even a hello. I understand it was the end of the day so outs are expected but it’s not the first time this has happened. Today we went back with plenty of time before any outs and aside from the long wait time like always, today we got 3 drinks and waited a while, the employee then greeted us again forgetting we had already ordered and when we got our drinks the employee handed us completely dirty cups that we used our sleeves to wipe and all unmixed drinks… like completely unmixed. Overall just tired of always being disappointed when we come.

Drink: 4/5 I love their lychee green tea. Service: 3/5 staffs were nice. But their service was slow. Parking:5/5 ample free parking spaces. P.s don’t go drive thru. It takes forever. There’s only one window to order,pay and wait.

I’ve been to Gong Cha before and wanted to try this new location, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The employee at the drive-thru asked for a tip, and when I didn’t leave one, she gave us the drinks with attitude and slammed the window shut. I’ve had this drink before, so I know how it’s supposed to look and taste, but this one honestly seemed like everything was just thrown together. It tasted awful and was not made with care at all. Really disappointed with both the service and quality this time.

Employee was polite, helpful and was working hard because he was the only one there. The drink was good. The price was outrageous $10.01 for a small container that is being sold as a medium drink. Because they start at Medium, Large and XLarge... but cups should be S M & L for those sizes. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon Gong Cha was nice and very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We had questions since it was our first time there and they were very kind in answering all our questions. They even gave us a sample on every flavor we asked about. The drinks were customizable from ice, pearls, sweetness etc. We ordered a couple different drinks and they were all good. We will definitely be back again. Stop by for some boba you won’t regret it. Chill and drink or take to go.
