Sign in to reviewSmall, authentic, instagram-able My mother's Day treat for myself was getting Turkish coffee the way I had it back on my first Navy deployment. This was the ONLY place I could find that made it with real sand. It is inside the mall and unfortunately there is some mild background noise that can't be helped. They do have a speaker system and they turned on some music halfway through the visit but I was a bit distracted watching kids. I'm not sure what I enjoyed more. The coffee. Watching the coffee get made. Or how pretty each little corner was. If I was cooler and knew my ankles better, I could do so many photos in here. I'm delighted by actually having a real cozy chairs and not uncomfortable metal chairs. There is a lot of breakable items and it is a very cozy shop so I would not bring rambunctious children. Mine we're reading quietly thankfully. The menu for anything outside of the drinks is unfortunately limited. Right now. I believe they only have the the Dubai chocolate strawberry thing. I believe there is shipping issues which is very understandable. I'll have to come back and get Turkish delight another day. The owner was so nice and let us take as much time as we needed. Was happy to let me take room photos or a short video of the coffee being heated up in the sand. He knew exactly when to take it out before it bubbled over. Obviously exceptionally experienced. The kids said that the bubble gum and cotton candy drinks they got were just a bit too sweet for them. But they are not sugar fiends but like trying new things. My Turkish coffee was strong and Smokey and everything you would expect. I would absolutely go again if it was closer.
Ordered two pistachios lattes and a puppuccino for this guy. We were all happy with our order. Pistachio lattes were tasty. It’s beautiful in there and we were treated kindly. Always such a welcoming vibe and we will definitely continue to come back ! Highly recommend
Wow, a taste of Iraq in California. The ambience, the decor and the flavors reflect the rich culture of Iraq. We were so appreciative of the great service, generosity and hospitality of the sweet lady that prepared the drinks. She took time to chat with customers to make them feel welcome, and exhibited genuine Iraqi hospitality. I would recommend this place for great tasting coffee, and even better company.
Turkish-Arabic coffee. Strong, tasteful and the cold one is refreshing. The service is great. They know how to take care of their customers. They have a variety of sweets that can be served or sold in packaging. They sell coffee beans and I believe they can ground it for you if you want. I will be back for the other flavors. I tried black pistachio coffee and a latte.
Customer service is top notch. Latte was amazing and served traditional style. By far must try!!
