⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience! The guys at this location went above and beyond! The prices could’ve easily been higher, but they worked with me every step of the way. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Overall, it was a seamless, stress-free experience. If you’re in Houston, come to this location and ask for Andy and George—they’ll take care of you. I don’t care what anyone says, this is a five out of five experience!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks to Gucci. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely kind and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to clearly explain everything about my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, showing both his knowledge and professionalism. What really stood out was his genuine care for providing great customer service. He was patient, attentive, and made sure all my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such a positive and respectful attitude. Gucci truly went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend!

Took my car here for routine inspection, there were no issues at all at that time. Within a month there was a slight creaking sound on the front end which progressed to loud creaking/crunching sounds. Didn't sound exactly like …

I had a very bad experience at this Firestone location. Communication between management and the technician was poor. I went in for a simple service that included replacing two rear tires and an alignment. However, it took three visits because the first time, they did not put my replacement tire back in its original position. Instead, they installed a new tire and left my original spare in the trunk, even though it was still in good condition and I had asked for it to be returned before leaving the vehicle. Later, when I asked management for a copy of the alignment receipt, they said the printer was out of service and couldn't provide one. I then left my vehicle again so they could put the spare tire back. During that visit, the technician informed me that no alignment had been performed, contrary to what management had told me. As a result, I had to leave my vehicle a second time. Overall, my experience at this location was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
