had a great experience working with Mike and his team. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, honest, and communicative. My Jeep needed major engine work, including lifters, camshaft, and rocker arms. This was not a small job—it required a full engine tear-down and rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Mike kept me informed with detailed updates, including receipts and photos of the damage, which I really appreciated. My warranty company was difficult to deal with, but Mike handled everything diligently. He worked directly with them, advocated for the necessary repairs, and made sure the actual issue was properly diagnosed and covered. I had previously been quoted much higher at other shops and was even told I had problems that weren’t actually there. Mike took the time to explain what was really going on and showed me proof, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency. Let me be the first to say how much I hate taking my car to the shop, because most shops seemingly always find other issues in ”dire need of attention” or give extremely unreasonable rates per what market prices/trends reflect. Even if I know what needs to be done, most shops won’t waive a $200 fee to diagnose it themselves and will schedule it weeks out without telling you that fee until you show up and all but have to concede because now you’re invested time-wise and have already likely paid opportunity costs (like taking off work, etc) to ensure you’re at your scheduled appointment. Not with First Choice. I called, told them exactly what I needed, and Mike looked up parts / gave me a quote (which was incredibly fair and even cheaper than what I anticipated from research) over the phone. He was able to was able to schedule the repair as soon as next day and had my car in and out within a few hours of drop off. The entire process was seamless and affordable. I called because of the amount of great reviews and now I know why! Just like their name indicates, they will now forever be my FIRST CHOICE!

Great experience, Was referral by AP from Moe shop ever since then Mr. Mike the owner has been very honest open helpful and workable with me. For example, Mr. Mike and his guys fixed my AC after several months of not being able to get it fixed by anyone And still having to pay. This particular time when I came to Mr. Mike, he resolved the issue. His warranties and Insurance is authentic.

Got rear ended and was looking for a shop to fix my car. After two unsuccessful visits to other two body shops, I was getting disappointed but decided to give this shop a try. Well, third time's the charm! I met Mike and after having a look at my car and hearing my situation, he explained detailedly what to do next regarding the insurance process. I tell you that they have amazing warranty and discount here, which gives reasonable repair price. The repair was done quickly and beautifully with clear communication throughout. Mike said that they would do a diagnostic on my car to find any problems aside the damage done by the accident and then tell me which ones I need to have done and which ones can wait.
