Love this five below store. Lots of stuffs are stocked up and price is reasonable - the staff is courteous and self checkout kiosks are easy to use. The quality of the products available here are moderate quality. There are ample parking outside and the whole shop has been organized well.
Manager antagonized my friend because of him playing with a toy mask(which he put back, probably on the wrong shelf) and accused him of stealing and then when met with denial went on a rant about customers not putting things back and how the employees have to go back and put things back(the store was not organized, kids go in all the time and misplaced items). She would not disengage with my friend and repeatedly tried to escalate the situation. Do not treat your customers like this, we paid, we did not steal. We like this store but this manager was really rude and mean. Do better please.
Management at this one has a good grasp on things here! Was overall impressed with how organized and the system for getting the dumpling things my kids have been begging for.
