I had a great experience with this auto shop. They fixed my car quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was done professionally, and Marvic and Ricky were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this shop!

Very disappointed with the repair quality and after-service. Not recommended. My car was rear-ended and repaired at Fix Auto Daly City, which was recommended by my insurance company. I was clearly told that repairs done at an insurance-recommended shop would come with warranty coverage. However, my experience was extremely poor: • The parking sensor fell off, and I later discovered it was glued on instead of being properly mounted with a bracket. This is unacceptable and unprofessional workmanship. • When I returned for warranty service, they questioned whether I caused the damage myself and tried to deny responsibility, saying the repair was completed over a month ago. This is not how warranty claims should be handled. • The paint color does not match the original vehicle color at all. Color matching is a basic skill for a body shop, yet the result is very obvious and poorly done. • The staff had a bad attitude and showed no intention of resolving the issue. Overall: poor repair quality, no real warranty support, and bad customer service. Even though this shop is insurance-recommended, I would advise others to be very cautious and inspect everything carefully after repairs.

the staff here are very nice. a very nice young man was able to take a look at my car after i just walked in and asked for some help and advice. he was very reassuring and said the damage to my car was just cosmetic and i didn’t need to worry. he did not try to upsell me on anything. next time i need my car to get looked at and repaired, i will come back here

Overall great experience, I had gotten rear-ended not too long ago and this place was recommended through my insurance provider and when I called the owner answered immediately, and she got to inspecting and quoting my car the next day after my accident. After that I got my quote and they immediately got to working on the repairs of my car which only took a day or two, I had also pointed out a scratch on the cargo bay and when I went to pick up after repairs were done she buffed it out no extra costs. Really nice friendly people would definitely recommend if you’re in need of repairing or fixing of minor issues.

I generally don’t recommend but I think they are just following the standards set by whatever insurance company a car is under. Went to them for an estimate for an insurance claim and they did not do one at all. I thought that was the whole point of why I took it there. They looked at it for maybe 5 minutes and said they weren’t required to do an estimate if it seemed like the car was totaled. Not sure if it is also State Farm’s fault but as a potential customer to them I would like to see the math on what the repairs would cost. They just didn’t seem open to fixing the car which made me sad. I have now brought it to another shop and have had no issues finding parts/getting an estimate. I don’t know why I even have insurance if a hit and run is not covered and even minor damage causes the car to be totaled. I hate the insurance system, it promotes such a throwaway culture—minor damage and the car is old but super reliable? Throw it away, forget fixing it.
