Tessa was awesome! If you are friendly you need to see Tessa. She is calm, polite, patient, and she's a great conversationalist. Also her work: completely exceptional! Will come again!!!!
I really like the haircuts I get here. They are a bit pricey, but in my opinion they are worth it. If you want a cheap haircut, go to one of the “you get what you get” hair cut shops. I went to those shops for years until I discovered the better (and more consistent) haircuts that Floyd’s offers. I’m definitely going back there.
Maggie is truly an artist with the clippers. She’s consistently on time, professional, and delivers outstanding results every visit. My beard has never looked better—her attention to detail and precision set her apart. If you’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their craft, I highly recommend Maggie. You’ll walk out feeling confident every time.
Thursday, 02-19-26 I decided to give Floyd’s on Fry another try (1st experience wasn’t great), got there at 715PM and the vibe was off immediately. No customers waiting in the lobby, one customer mid-cut, and a lady sweeping behind the desk who greeted me with a simple, “Yes?” I asked if they could take me and my son, and the response was, “sorry we’re fully booked. We open at 9AM tomorrow.” I couldn’t help but look around and asked if she meant appointments, and she confirmed. So, I left and decided to order some takeout from Aji Izakaya. While I waited in my car with a perfect view of Floyd’s, I couldn’t help but notice… no other customers entered. Maybe I’m being a little petty, but it seems obvious they refused service just to close up shop early. If management reviews feedbacks, this is an easy one to look into. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired at this location. I’ll be looking elsewhere despite how conveniently located this location is.
Always have a good experience here. My son and I book Skye and Maggi (followed them from the Cinco location) and we're always happy with the quality and conversation. Never had a late or cancelled appointment and I think the value is high compared to other places.
