Fly Dragon Foot Relaxing Station is a massage spa in Portland, Oregon, at 1928 NE 42nd Ave, Portland, OR 97213. It offers a place to pause for a foot massage or seek hands-on relief for areas of tension, including the back, neck, and shoulders. Customer experiences describe sessions ranging from gentle foot care to massage with firmer pressure, so it is sensible to communicate your comfort level and preferences before treatment begins. The spa has a 4.0-star rating based on 201 reviews, reflecting a range of opinions rather than a uniform experience.

Reviewers often mention returning for help with aches after travel, disrupted sleep, or everyday muscle tension. One customer described coming back after a long flight and an uncomfortable stretch sleeping on an inflatable mattress, hoping to ease lower-back discomfort. Another praised Lily for working on persistent shoulder and neck tension with the deeper pressure they requested. These accounts suggest that guests looking for focused attention on specific areas may find it useful to explain what feels tight, how much pressure they prefer, and whether any movement is uncomfortable. Individual experiences and results can vary.

The name highlights foot relaxation, and customer feedback includes both positive and negative reports about foot massages. Some guests describe repeat visits and consistently satisfying massages, while another reviewer found a foot session painful and ended it early. That contrast makes clear communication especially important: speak up if pressure feels too strong, a technique is uncomfortable, or you want the session adjusted or stopped. Reviews also include a report of an unwelcoming response to a walk-in inquiry, so it may be prudent to contact the spa in advance rather than assume same-day availability.

Fly Dragon Foot Relaxing Station is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Its NE 42nd Avenue location serves people in Portland seeking a massage-spa visit, whether they are interested in foot relaxation or want to discuss tension in the back, neck, or shoulders. Before visiting, consider confirming availability and sharing any pressure preferences or concerns. For guests who value attentive communication, a clear conversation at the start can help set expectations and make it easier to speak up throughout the session.

After 2 weeks on an inflatable mattress at the in-laws, and an 11-hour flight back home, my lower back was WRECKED. I couldn’t get into my chiropractor, so I knew a visit to the Fly Dragon would help ease the pain, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. This is my fourth visit over the past year, and I’ve had both the 1-hour “Foot Reflex,” as well as the 30-minute “Focused Area Treatment.” On this visit, I opted for the targeted 30-minute “Shoulder+Back+Neck” treatment, and was led to the communal treatment room. I placed my belongings in the plastic bin, took my shoes and socks off, and was asked to lay face-down on the towel-covered table. All clothes remain on, and a towel was placed over my back. I was asked if the pressure was ok, and where any problem areas were. After the treatment, I was given a bottled water and rice crackers. Overall, it’s quite simple, very clean, affordable, professional, and an effective sports massage-type focused treatment. (If that’s what you need/opt for.) I highly recommend, especially for the ease of getting in for an appointment, the price, and effectiveness of the treatment!

Lily is incredible! Oh my gosh! Chronic right-sided shoulder and neck pain and she was totally up to the task! Requires a lot of pressure and she just broke up the tissue and helped to release the deep tension. I will be definitely coming back, she’s amazing! 🫶🏻

So I guess there's two accounts for this spa on Google reviews, so I'm just going to post the same review I posted on the other account, it's the exact same spa, so I'm sure that's fine. Always a 5 star massage! I just left (yesterday actually) and wow! I've been going here for about 3 years now, first the inside was way better than expected when I first opened the front doors, I just posted some pictures too. I just want people to know good service, and this is it. The foot reflexology is almost a full body experience and affordable. And the full body massage is better than 99% of massages you'll find. To be fair. They have a sauna, napping area, lockers and keys, showers, and wommens only and men only indoor hot tubs in the locker room. Check it out, you'll be surprised.

I passed this location by chance and walked in to inquire if they accept walks. I was then greeted by a rude NO from a faceless person who I didn’t even know where they were. The poor guy that I asked the question to looked just as confused …

Honestly the worst foot massage I’ve received. The massage was uncomfortable and painful and I was very stressed fighting with myself the entire time to speak up and end the massage early, which I eventually did. The girl who did the massage did not know what she was doing. I don’t think she’s a licensed massage therapist and or not trained. She was pressing deeply on bones and doing soft pressure on the areas that should have had the type of pressure she was doing on boney areas causing ticklish sensitivity. Her nails were scratching against me. And her gloves were rough and the friction was also uncomfortable. My feet are in more pain than before and pain in areas I didn’t even have pain before. I recommend paying the higher price at another place if you’re looking for pain relief. I am super bummed because I’ve been working 6 days straight standing on concrete and have 1 more day to go before 1 day off and another work week. I was super looking forward to some relief and now I’m in significantly more pain
