Seems like I experienced a lot of the same problems as the most recent comments. I have visited this salon 4 times. Pedicures? Fantastic. Manicures? Leave a lot to be desired. They can do extremely basic manicures, but even then don't expect it to last long. Nancy is the only technician who seems to do decent work there. The first time I had them do my gel nail polish, no design and it peeled within the first 1.5 weeks. The second time I had them do my hard gel nails and they were good, but not the exact design I wanted. This last (and frankly final) time I went in for a had gel refill that took 2 HOURS. It was not even close to my requested style and I was made to feel like it was my fault for picking a "difficult" style and not booking with the right technician. I ask for a simple fill with chrome polish and they couldn't even get the top coat right! within 1.5 weeks my hard gel was lifting off my nails and coming off. my growth looked horrible. But I think what made me the most upset is the fact that they took no accountability for how bad the work looked - is this how you want me walking around advertsing your business? Needless to say, I found a new spot to take my nails. Is it a bit more expensive? Yes. Do I get exactly what I asked for and transparency of the skills their technicians have? Yes. and that is all I want.

This was my second time visiting this nail salon. The first time was okay, although they didn’t follow the design I asked for. I decided to give them another try, but unfortunately, this visit was much worse. I came in for a short and simple set. Before we started, I confirmed the price—$60—but by the end, they had added on so many extra charges that my total came out to $180. I wasn’t informed about these add-ons ahead of time, and when I brought it up, they had every excuse in the book. Not only was I overcharged, but the nail job itself was awful. The acrylic was way too thick, and the quality looked like something done by a beginner. I came back on my next day off to ask them to fix it, but they were very dismissive. To make matters worse, within a few days, the polish started peeling. I’m extremely disappointed with both the service and the way I was treated. I won’t be returning.

I've been coming to this place for the last five months. Overall my experience has been okay for pedicures but I honestly won't ever get a manicure here ever again. Every time I've received one, there's been something off about the service. Most recently I have lost majority of my nails due to a lady filing my nails down so much that they are literally continuously breaking.... My pinky is absolutely destroyed -- the lady filed it down so much that the nail is almost ready to fall off from my nail bed. On top of that almost every nail has the corner breaking off. My nails used to be healthy and eye-gawking to look at. Now my cuticle beds are dry and have been ruined by the Dremel tool. This is after 6 days. Sigh. Now I have to just bide my time and regrow my nails from scratch.

I took my daughters (7 & 9) here for mani-pedis. Not only do they have child-sized spa chairs, but the staff was so kind to the kids. The prices were very fair, and my daughters felt like princesses.
