Forever New Orleans

I have visited this location when in town three separate times over the years and each time has been incredible. Not only did they help me find really unique pieces for me to buy and keep in my house as a constant reminder of times in New Orleans, they have gone out of their way to help me. I ordered several pieces that were sent last year before Halloween of plaster mausoleums. Through no fault of their own one of them was chipped and broken when it arrived even though they had packed it like they were shipping the crown jewels. They don’t get many of these pieces in and told me they would replace it at some point once it arrived from the artist again. To be frank, I had actually forgotten about the peace because I was still fine with the one that was chipped. And today I received a replacement wrapped up again like they were shipping the most precious cargo. Amazing customer service and I cannot thank them enough for their incredible help. Definitely recommend you shop here!

Forever New Orleans is a wonderful and unique shopping spot perfect for anyone who loves discovering interesting home goods and charming decor. The store offers plenty to browse through from stylish accents to whimsical pieces you won't find in typical shops. It's an enjoyable place to wander explore and pick up something special for your home or as a gift. I must visit if you're enjoying boutique shopping with personality.

This was one of my favorite places to stop in during my trip to New Orleans! Very cute gift selections and souvenirs! And the ladies who work here are very sweet, especially Annabelle. One of the items I purchased didn’t make into my bag and I didn’t realize until after I flew home. I called the very next day and turns out she had been saving it in hopes that I would reach out. She was very apologetic and offered to ship the item to me. Such great service!

The Chartres Street location is by far the worst of all the shops under this brand. While I’ve had positive experiences at their other locations, with helpful, warm employees and a thoughtfully curated selection, this one is an entirely different story. The cashier on duty was cold, dismissive, and acted as if customers were an inconvenience. What shocked me most was when she abruptly walked out of the store and began aggressively yelling at people on the street who were loading large paintings into the back of a truck. It was loud, unprofessional, and deeply uncomfortable for everyone present—customers included. It left a really sour taste in my mouth. There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of public, hostile behavior from someone representing a retail space in a tourist-heavy area. With so many beautiful, welcoming art and antique shops in the French Quarter, there’s no reason to subject yourself to this one. Stick to their other locations if you’re interested in respectful customer service.
