Sign in to reviewWould 100% use this company again. We aren't from town and broke down on the way to our son's appointments in Fort worth. Steve quickly got our van in as soon as he heard we were from out of town to give us the help we needed. He was extremely patient and very helpful. His team worked quickly and got our vehicle ready for us. We couldn't be more thankful for the job that was done and for the service we received. This place truly was a major blessing in a critical time of need.
As a widow, helping a friend who is a single mom, I could not be MORE PLEASED AND GRATEFUL for Ft Worth Automotive. They were totally honest and professional as well as courteous and helpful. My friend had been ripped off by other companies who took advantage of her lack of automotive knowledge. Not here! Thank God for Steve and all the employees at this reputable company!!!
I scheduled a oil change appointment. I showed up nobody in the.Reception cars everywhere and the mechanic said that he didn't know anything about it. I wished they had just said they are too busy instead of wasting my time. Don't go here they're not reliable.
Great service. They found the problem and realized it was a simple fix and required no parts and barely any labor so they fixed it for FREE. Highly moral and upstanding, not trying to screw people out of their money. Thanks Steve!
2017 Z71 1500 4X4 Silverado- wasted time and effort with a factory Chevrolet dealership / service department that failed to properly diagnose and repair the ABS system .. took our truck to Steve and his knowledgeable crew that dove in and had us back on the road quickly .. highly recommend Fort Worth Automotive for both foreign and domestic !
