Overall my massage was good. My body really needed that. Clean, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The only issue I had was there was only one person there, so the same person had …

The massage was good. Unfortunately the atmosphere was not quite relaxing with two Asian women bickering in the next room over the entire time. Also not ok with having someone stand over me as I write out the tip. Like you will get your tip but give me some space please

My experience was similar to puppyloves review. I had a rough week and needed my body to relax. In the moment walked inside. They didn't have a form to fill out about your body pain or injuries. In addition, no one asked me for a particular massage (deep tissue, etc.), which you probably won't get here due to the type they use, and I didn't get to choose any add ons such as hot stones. Like puppylove said, it was one person. She answered a call in the middle of the session just to say "I don't understand. I don't understand. No." The massage was terrible. She didn't use enough oil and kept pulling my hair and the majority of the time it was painful. It's awkward talking to her since she is not fluent in English and I had to use little phrases, like "not there" and I could not explain why it hurt bc she couldn't understand. Afterward, she gave me a small water bottle and asked for my card. I was confused, like I had to pay for the water? I didn't ask for it. No, she wanted me to tip and told me to tip. In my previous experiences if the card was needed again to tip, the polite way is asking "would you like to leave a tip?" So her approach came off as controlling but also she doesn't really know English. I hated the massage. Even the music vibrated on a loose platform, causing a loud vibration that ruined the ambiance. So, I said $7 in a questioning way, bc I wanted to see if she was asking or telling me. She was telling me, since she told me to tip $20. The worker doesn't demand a tip and you get tipped what you earned. Sorry, you didn't earn 20, and you earned 7 but I tipped 10 to accommodate. My wallet just has cards in it for different things. Then she insulted me saying I couldn't afford it with all of my cards. Most are not for paying. I have life insurance, dental insurance, DL, etc. I didn't respond to that comment. My advice to her, learn better English so you won't come off as rude, don't demand a tip or argue the amount ever, ask for a tip, get more staff, and do not answer a phone call during a massage. That is for a receptionist. Also, don't try to converse (i.e. initiate a conversation) during a massage if you can't speak English and it ruins the experience, for me personally. Sadly, I left in more pain after a hard week. I advise others to not go here unless changes are made at this place.

The massage was great, but there is only one person working so they are constantly walking in and out because of customer traffic or taking phone calls. In addition to the disruptions I was told that a $5 tip was not enough, and argued that I should tip more!!
