I expected your average chain store and was met by such lovely people and excellent customer service that I plan to come back when I have more items to frame! Julia was my primary contact and so kind and helpful that we ended up just chatting about life when we could. This was also an investment for me and Julia and team knew that and were very accommodating. The frames themselves are beautiful and well worth the price. Thank you, Julia, Becky, Christine, and the rest of the Frame Central Pearl team!
First time in and loved my experience and final framed art work. The store manager Becky was really lovely and easy to work with making suggestions and letting me take my time with the wood finishes, really great service and work - will be back!
I went into the store to get some framing work done and had literally no idea what I wanted. The staff was incredibly helpful,, showing lots of different options of matting colors and frame styles. They took a good deal of time helping me out. I couldn’t be happier with the end product.
Joe was awesome. They helped me with a few questions on a painting of my dog and gave me sound advice leading to no sale for glass or change in the setting because of potential damage to the painting. I appreciated their sound advice and remembered I have a few photos I wanted to display and found 3 frames that worked perfectly. Will always come here for future work. Thank you.
Stacey was accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. She was able to help me find reasonably priced pieces for artwork I wanted framed. I will be returning as I have other artwork to frame and would recommend Frame Central to others. Thank you!
