We communicated to Frank we did not NEED to sell, but wanted to IF the perfect house became available. We communicated to Frank we did not want open houses and people in and out of our home who weren’t serious about making an offer. We communicated with Frank a lot and he became a great friend to us during our sale, speaking often and always ending the call smiling and laughing. After accepting an offer for literally a record breaking price, we knew we made an excellent decision.
