Sign in to review0 star rating This place is a fraud if you’re looking for insurance make sure you read before you sign and everything it’s explained in the language you’re fluent. At this location employees do not know how to explain policy and coverages. My aunt went to this place to end coverage on a vehicle and add a new one and sure charged her $260.00 from 8/31-9/11.On the 9/11 they called her and they we’re charging again $183 to cover for the month 9/11-10/11 which it made no sense you’re telling you have to pay $443 within 2 weeks. my aunt is a current (cancer patient) that it’s struggling with her illness to have to deal with fraud she went to speak to them nothing was resolved they literally stole her money. In a way yes you may say it was her fault for not making sure to read but with her illness this bypass her by trusting this people. They are trained well to steal money of honest working people is so sad ! Fred loya on 1st st in garland, Texas
The absolute worst insurance company ever. If I could give them less I would. I paid my policy for the month and they drafted it again. Then they gave me a run around and told me it would be up to 15 days before I could get it back. But they had no problem taking my money quickly. Crooks! No good scandalous legal crooks. I’m definitely going to look into what I can do to to report them to BBB, because I know for a fact that this is common practice with this company. Straight trash.
First, I asked to cancel my policy on a certain date and they cancelled it that same day. Second, I get a call later saying that even though I requested verbally for the cancelled date they can't do anything because I signed the form. True, but when you are there waiting for about an hour for the staff to get ahold of a manager, you really are just looking to get the heck out of there. My mistake for trusting the staff to get the correct date after repeating it various times.
Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend this insurance at all. The girl that was “helping” us was rude from the start. Very smart mouth. The girls there have the worst customer service. Rushing to leave. Definitely changing insurances. The other girl that was working the same day as the one that helped us butted in talking smack. They need to get fired.
When I got my insurance they told me it was every 20th of every month. Tell me why my insurance hits different days each month? I’ve called them and explain and they said they would fix it but have yet to. Insurance is suppose to be on the same day every month just like car notes.
