The worst car BRIDGER insurance you can ever get. I had this insurance for about 2 and a half years. Speaking from experience customer service is ridiculously so unhelpful and slow. Some representatives doesn’t speak English. It’s so hard to get a hold of them either. I had called the regarding changing my address on the phone since the app doesn’t let you nor the website. They had said i have to 5$ just to change my address. If you were to get hit by car, customer representative is so a hard to get a hold off. Luckily I switched to a different car insurance. this company also makes it so hard for you to cancel you car insurance. I had called them 2 weeks in advance (before my insurance renew since it renews every 6 months) and I had to sure to tell them that my card won’t get charge once it renew. They said I had nothing to worry about. When my insurance renewed, I got charge. They had charged my on a Friday night (can provide receipts) so I couldn’t call them on the weekend since they close during those times. I called them on Monday and they had told me I can’t get a full reimbursement since I waited 2 days to call. Like I called even during the weekend but it was closed. This insurance is a complete scam. I would not recommend this insurance at all to anybody. I got charged in February for the renewal fee and I still have not gotten my reimbursement at all. I’ve been waiting for a month and still haven’t gotten anything. Their manager in Gilroy Bridger Insurance is also so unhelpful and unprofessional, he kept ending the call on me when I wanted to get transferred to someone that can help me. I would love to sue to this insurance company if anyone is interested in taking me.

I had a very frustrating experience with Freeway Insurance. Kendrick kept changing the quoted price, and the cost continued to increase throughout the process. He also contradicted himself from what he told us in the morning, which forced us to return and call again because he kept increasing the price. The lack of consistency and transparency made it difficult to trust the information I was being given. On top of that, the customer service was poor. My concerns were not handled professionally, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Communication in Spanish was also not very good, which made the process even more confusing and frustrating. Even though he is a manager, he said he couldn't explain why I was being charged nearly $1,000 more. That made me feel like he didn't know what he was doing. Despite being the assistant manager, Kendrick did not help resolve any of my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend Freeway Insurance based on my experience.
