Sign in to reviewI really enjoyed the Bun Bo Hue. It was very flavorful, spicy, and the meats were all very delicious. Highly recommend! The house special Banh Mi was decent! I feel like the bread could've been a little crispier but not too big of a problem. I think traditional banh mi can only get so good in my opinion The tofu pudding was very good! It was quite watery, but a very mild but sweet dessert! The vietnamese yogurt was also good as well! Not sure how I would categorize the flavor, but it's maybe a tad tad bit sour, but instead more sweet and very very smooth and creamy - almost like pudding. I enjoyed this one as well!
This is absolutely the best pho I’ve tried in Austin. The broth is so flavorful and the meats are delicious. Especially the tendons. I love that they have a combo pho that includes every meat option. I was able to order a fresh coconut juice with my meal, which made me happy! Drove 30 min to try Fresh Bowl and I was not disappointed! I will definitely be back to try other dishes.
Fresh Bowl was delicious and was pretty busy, so you know it’s good. I ordered a pork Banh Mi and fresh coconut and I’ll be back! The bread is fresh and crispy as it should be. I also saw the size of the pho bowls and they are huge! Thanks Fresh Bowl for your great food and getting my food out quickly.

Definitely can’t wait to bring my parents here (they’re picky haha) and try their other dishes! Service and atmosphere were great as well! :) ALSO the ube coffee oh my gosh. Yes a million!
