Been there for a few times from different barbers but this one time they appointed Andrew to cut my hair. Andrew texted me to book on a website. OK so I asked what’s the link but he never replied back. I walked in the appointment but he was cutting somewhere else hair. He told me I should have book it online but I told he never send me any link. I texted him later next time he needs to send me some link. He replied very unprofessional and immature w/ only this “LOL”. Like seriously? No form of apologies? I stopped going to this barber after that. BTW this happened long time ago pre-pandemic era.

Best barber shop in the Bay Area! I’ve been getting cut by JJ for 4 years now. Not only does he deliver world class fades and tapers, he also is knowledgeable about how to style and texture hair. The shop is clean and remodeled, all of the barbers are extremely friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend anyone to get their haircut from this establishment.
Amazing service. Been to James a few times now, extremely high quality skin fade. Havent been to any of the other barbers but from what ive seen they are all good. Its very clean even esp during covid times. Each has quality equipment which includes a dyson blow dryer which speaks to how much they care.
