Finally convinced my buddy to buy his first Seiko, and he needed it resized. I recommended he come here since I’ve done business with them before, and I ended up going with him. I’ve acquired two watches from this store, and Donna is always a pleasure to speak with—same with the entire team at the location. I made a bad choice by coming in on our lunch break(not a whole lot of time), but they totally accommodated us and got us out quickly while still delivering top-notch polishing on the watch. They don’t beat around the bush here, either—straight to business, which I really appreciate. It’s dangerous walking into this location because they always have something vintage, and I inevitably end up walking out with it. Props to the gentleman in the back working on the watches. The Tissot was already in fair condition, and Donna asked if I’d like it cleaned before I leave. Of course I said yes. He must be using magic back there because he got all the small stuff out in less than 20 minutes—it honestly looked like a completely new watch. If you’re reading this, buy anything else—but leave the vintage watches for me!

The lady was very rude. Took a personal call in the middle of a customer conversation and did not even say excuse me. Then suddenly she started talking like I was supposed to know that she was talking to me and not on the telephone. I could strongly feel some sort of resentment when she was dealing with me. How could the business can survive if they not know right and wrong and learn how to talk and treat to people.doesn’t know where people come from and rich or poor but when ever they walk into your store .that is your customer learn how to talk…..The old lady she’s rude and mean not professional, the company keeps such kind of that people in the store they will lose their business. So so ruled and mean very bad attitude to customer, business life and learning how to talk to people do not mean and rules like that.i dropped my watches for them repair and 4 weeks later pick up and big scratches on the crystal stal and they refused that not their fault. And want to charge me more for another 45$ to repair the Crystal, sometimes not just money but just about hassle people acting in this shop just be aware do not come in here to do deals any business with them. God will make them regress by their actions they did.to people

If you’re looking for a High End Jewelry store you just found it. Joel and team are amazing! We were referred to Frisco Gold and Silver exchange and I completely understand why. My wife and I had just a SUPER experience working with Joel &Team. Our first transaction was selling Gold and he offered an extremely Fair price. We then consulted with Joel on a watch repair on a very high end family heirloom and we were convinced we trusted them to make the repair and knew our family keepsake was in good hands. We only want to do business here and in fact we just purchased a Beautiful Anniversary Ring for my wife. SHE LOVES IT! These guys are the real deal and know what they are talking about. You will be sorry if you don’t work with them. We recommend Joel and team VERY HIGHLY. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED I GUARANTEE THAT!!!!

I’d give less than a one if I could. I went in looking to buy in bulk some old US currency and was told in the rudest way by the manager that they would need to look through and that it wasn’t going to be bulk sell. I called and called for weeks if they had any prices and or some that I could just take whatever price. They said to wait a few weeks and I went in today to just check out and guess that they sold them all. Coincidentally or maybe racism ? Your opinion to Decide less that a mile away is Dallas gold and silver better staff will greet you and not be sitting back in chairs
