WOWW! I am so PROUD. Yes, proud is the word. To celebrate my Birthday 🎉 my best friend and I had the couples massage. SO GOOD! The 2 ladies… were wonderful. My masseuse was Amy. When I tell you this woman hit every spot that needed attention, love and care I’m not playing. Some attention came with pain, firm and lite strokes but it all brought about a RELEASE in tension. I also shared how my hips are slightly off a bit. This lady massaged my hips so gooooood 👈🏼 I was not expecting that. Most therapist at these smaller spas will avoid it. You know how you’re in thought hoping or praying that certain spots would go untouched?… yeah no. Amy did me RIGHT. 🥹 Definitely a hidden gem. I told my best friend ”Amy needs to train some people frfr.” Afterwards, I had to lay there for about 10 more minutes because that’s just how relaxed we were. Thank you G & L Team!

I’ve frequented this spot several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. Amy and Jason are the two therapists I’ve seen, and they’ve both been amazing. They really take the time to listen to what you need, focus on the areas where you’re holding the most tension, and are always happy to adjust the pressure or spend extra time on certain spots if you ask. The place is also very clean, from the massage rooms to the restroom, and it has a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Amy, the owner, is so kind and genuinely cares about her clients. During my last visit, I mentioned that I had just finished a pretty intense workout and that my legs were really sore. She immediately grabbed some extra hot stones and spent additional time working on those areas. It’s little things like that that make you feel like you’re more than just another appointment. The prices are very reasonable compared to other massage places, and I honestly feel like you get so much value for what you pay. I always leave feeling refreshed, and I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Highly recommend this spa! The masseuse has professional techniques with perfect pressure. My stiff shoulders and back feel much looser after the massage. The space is clean, quiet and private. Great value for money, I definitely come back again.

Found this place on Groupon. The service was good. They made my spouse and I feel very comfortable. I was able to get us scheduled in the next business day. Much needed massage. I plan to go back !

I visited G and L Massage today because I woke up with unexpected ankle pain. After my session, the pain was significantly reduced. Amy was incredibly professional—she not only helped relieve my pain but also explained what might have caused the issue and shared some really helpful advice for recovery and prevention. I truly appreciate the care and knowledge she provided. Best service ever! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
