Very disappointed by their actions about $20 kimchi being 1/4 of their normal size. I have been buying kimchi from this store for a long time and this never happened except this time. When I alerted them about it, their response was like it can never happen because they weighed all kimchi. But mine was just 1/4 of a size for $20. I would not recommend this store for anyone who’s buying kimchi, so irresponsible and dishonest.

I’ve been popping just to Gamja Bow for a couple years now, since before they had a sign or shopping carts. I love it here! There is always something new to try but there are some staples that make my dinner planning easy and delicious. I always buy frozen marinated meats and seafood, rice bowls, corn, seaweed, frozen prepared foods and more. Then, the snack selection is top tier with seasonal candies, rice puffs and much more. The owner and staff are always friendly and provide a sweet, neighborly experience!

Their frozen rice cake is LIFE. A staple to my household as breakfast, snack, or dessert. I don’t know what I’m going to do if it ever gets discontinued.

The owner is incredibly kind. The nurungji cookies I recently bought are delicious, and the Donggang kimchi is delicious.
