I took my Mercedes to have brakes checked on 5-29-2026 and the safety light on the side mirrors needed turned on. I accidentally turned off. They look at brakes and gave me a quote that service was fine. They told me they fixed the side mirror safety light I paid $89.99 plus tax. I drove a couple of miles away and it did not work I came back and they looked at for 5 min. Then “Frank” checking me out said that was a safety function and they can’t fix only the dealer could. I asked for my money back (89.98 plus tax) since it’s something you can’t do—“Frank” told me that is there policy they charge and he could not refund me! I went to the Mercedes dealership today 6-1-2026 and it was on the stirring wheel systems button and they showed me how to turn and off. I had hit it by mistake. It is not a dealership function! This is bad business and a huge scam!! Linda Shaw In regards to my above statement the owner called and said this is not how this should have been handled and gave me a credit on the miss charge. He was very apologetic and I feel they would do good work.

We had an absolutely terrific experience working with Shane and Frank. They took such good care of us. Shane’s communication throughout our Mercedes repair experience was exceptional, honest, transparent, and we truly felt he had our best interests top of mind. We felt that we were working with true experts of Mercedes. They didn’t try to nickel and dime us at all. The price was fantastic for the amount of work we had done and we fully intend to bring our car back there for any and all future maintenance and repair needs. Thank you so much to the entire German Autowerks team!

My new shop. Super easy to trust and drop off my vehicle. Upon my first visit to drop off my vehicle, I noticed the shop was super clean and orderly. So attention to detail is on full display. I picked up my vehicle and the information shared with me, was very beneficial for my next visit.

We want there to get our E92 M3 checked out for a PPI. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help us and insure that we got a good deal on our hands. Their knowledge also didn’t come in very pricy, but rather affordable and hit a sweet spot for what you wanna pay for a PPI. Their expertise got us another 2.500$ off of the original price. I would definitely recommend this place. Very friendly people!
