Sign in to reviewThis is my 4th time in this place. Because it's nearby. Everytime I come here there's no really pleasant experience. They always fail to smooth the side of the nails. No wonder there's no line in this place. I did acrylic new set it's $61 for the color that I chose. Not even a special chrome or cat eye or any nail art. She hurt my finger when she was buffing, made the nail so thick regardless I told her to make it thin. The image doesn't even do justice. My nail naturally curls so when you see it straight from the side you know it's super thick. She did a tip extension which some look crooked. There's so many holes or unbuffed nail around the sides that she didn't smooth that became a place for dirt to hide & stay. Especially underneath the nail in between the fake nail & natural nail. You can see it in pictures. She gave me almond shape after I repeatedly said I want oval. I told her to make my nail thin since she made it so thick but instead she made it sharper to make it look like almond. Didn't bother to clean the cuticle so she painted on some of my cuticle & made it lift so fast. She might be a newbie as she didn't use the drill to shape my acrylic extension making it took more than 90 minutes to do new set. Yes I came with naked nails. So she thought I didn't know anything about nails. She offered me to do dip nails instead because I kept asking to make it thin. I know what I asked because I've been doing my nails for 12 years. You can see in the picture that the acrylic is so rough on the sides. Thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky omg. I don't even know how they let this lady work & get paid for this kind of work. God forbid she do nail art. Both left & right hand has crooked shape. I don't bother to fight because I have a full schedule. This was December 2nd 2024. She scoffed when I gave her $4 tip on my card. When I should not even tip her. The audacity & non stop of gossiping with coworkers. 🙄 other place can even do my refill in 50 minutes with nail art. Girl learn to use drill! Never going back in this place again
I want to complain about my visit to the nail salon. The manicure I got was really poorly done. After just two days, there was already a noticeable gap between the polish and my nail bed, and the color looked thick and awful, as if it had been done ten days ago instead of two When I went back to have it fixed, the manager, who had done my nails, was extremely rude and spoke loudly. I tried to speak to her calmly, but she was very loud and disrespectful While she was working on my nails, they were burning, and when I mentioned it she snapped at me and asked if I wanted someone else to do it. I agreed, and the second technician was fantastic and did a great job. However, when I asked to change the color, they told me l would have to pay an additional $30, even though I had already paid $70. I decided not to go ahead with the color change and left the salon. I told them I would get it done elsewhere and not pay the extra fee. Sorry for these business with this unprofessional manager Cindy Update- Owner contacted me and helped me reconcile this situation. The second set of nails that were done were much better.
I had a manicure appointment scheduled at Glamour Nails for 2 pm. It was scheduled and confirmed over the phone. I got there before the scheduled time. I was greeted by one of the nail technician who.asked me what services I needed. I told her I had a 2 pm appointment for manicure scheduled with Jade. Jade is the best over at Glamour nails. I was told to have a seat and pick my nail polish color. I selected my polish color and sat for over 20 minutes with no one to attend to me. Jade and the others were busy with other clients. There seemed to be 4 nail techs there and all busy with clients. I get its busy during the start of the holidays but these people are not professional nor did they have any common courtesy to say hey we are short staffed and running behind. Absolutely no one even bothered to ask or say anything. I couldn't sit and wait as I had a prior commitment that I couldn't change and so I just got up and left. Long story short these people are not professional or courteous. They have no respect for people's time. Beware of this place that has no respect for yr time. I will not be going to them again. Infact I just went across the street to another nail salon and was attended to and taken care of within minutes.
Ladies don’t waste your money… I only went there because I had an event so it was an emergency, I paid $60 to get short acrylics and they hurt my fingers a lot while doing them… the nails were crooked, uneven and a mess under the nails, some of them not even glued well!!! on top of that, the manicurists were talking about me in my face in a different language (I’m assuming this because they were also pointing at me while talking not because I understood their language) all of that to get yelled at in the end because I couldn’t find the trash can ????! I really hope my experience is the only one and that nobody else has to go through that “customer service”… this has been my worst experience so far
Gel cracked on one of my nails after 3 days, I came back 4 days later to ask them to fix one nail. Three women stood over my shoulder asking me if I was a “new here” and hovered over me asking me to check my account to show them the exact day I came in. It was so uncomfortable. I enjoyed coming here the last couple months not sure why they treat customers like this for a single nail fix. Since this incident two more nails have ripped. Terrible quality and service. Don’t waste your time or money here.
