I remember feeling anxious because I have only gotten a lash lift from one other salon before this and it was not the best experience. However, the moment I stepped into this salon it gave off a very relaxing and safe environment. Emma was very gentle with her hands and this was the first and one of many naps I have taken here during my appointments. I was very happy with the results, ambience, and service so I kept coming here for the next three years. When I moved away from here, I tried another lash salon because I now live about 35 minutes away… but it wasn’t the same. So I continued to make the +35 min drive to get my lashes done here because it was that worth it. In 2024, I decided to switch it up and try lash extensions for the first time. I went with the classic petite because I love the natural look. Again, I was a bit nervous because I have never gotten extensions before, but I trusted Emma. The results were great and exactly what I wanted. I have been getting the classic petite lash refills here since. Emma is a great lash tech and a person. She knows what she’s doing and also understands that sometimes life happens. I have had to cancel my appointments with her last minute and she was very understanding. Whether you live in this area or not, I highly recommend Glorious Lash and Brow, especially Emma.
