Sign in to reviewTreated myself to a mommy's day massage and it was so relaxing. Tiffani did an amazing job. She was so sweet and asked many times if I was OK. She was friendly, but not super talkative to allow me to relax. He technique was perfect, I felt like I was floating on air when I left. The mother's day decorations were also a very sweet touch. Can't wait to go back!
I got a sweedish deep tissue massage with Hanna. It was the worst massage ever and I get massages often. I came here because it used to be my go to place a few years ago when I lived in Orange. Since I was going to be in the area I decided to book with them with out hesitation. It was very disappointing to experience the worst massage ever. As I was undressing, the masseuse just came in with out knocking or asking if I was ready. Then as I was about to get under the sheet, she opens the door leaving it open to go get a towel. As she started massaging not only did she squirt cold oil on my back, she decided to turn the fan full blast towards me so whole process I was freezing. I did ask for her to lower it but she said she was hot. She kept just rubbing my back with no technique to help alleviate my shoulder or back pain, just plain rubbing back and forth the was actually hurting. Then it finally was coming to an end and I was hoping she would use warm towels to wipe off oil because I was freezing, witch she did, but it was way too hot. Not once did she ask if I was ok, or anything. She was acting as if she just wanted to be out of there with no care or concern what so ever. All she said was " your finish" and left. It saddens me because I never had a bad experience here before. If I ever book, ill make sure its not the same person.

So It started off nice, but by the end they had ruined the whole experience. First of all with the hot stone message make sure the temperature is according to what your customer can tolerate please don’t burn people while they are trying to. Second my message therapist kept throwing my head and arms around unnecessary. Third she took three breaks inbtw which turned my 60 minute message to a 40-45min and didn’t even bother to apologize for any of this. The final nail they ended the session with the front desk employee saying “we recommend a certain amount of tip for our employees services”. Seriously rather than finding out how your employees actually did you want me to tip your employees because you don’t want to pay them the right amount! Why don’t you start paying your employees better because the amount you charge for the services should easily accommodate a decent pay and they shouldn’t be scrambling for tip anyways! Tip is something I like to think of extra gratitude, why are you making your customers feel guilty on how much tip they can afford? The front line employees are not asking for tip even though the pay of nurses is not amazing why don’t we ever think of a tip amount for nurses? This was unbelievable!
This spa place was one of the best I’ve been to. They accommodated our preferences and were extremely welcoming. My husband and I did the couples massage. Will be coming back for sure!
