Today is my BIRTHDAY!! And Ms. Thi took care of me with all the love and care!! It truly was an amazing experience. The foot massage, the scrub, the trim ALL OF IT 10/10. She is incredibly sweet and soooo kind. She helped me find the most perfect match to go with my nails for the pedicure. It was so issue to be seen at all. I will definitely be coming back because of Ms. Thi. This location is so nice too. The service is great from check in to when it’s time to leave. Also for your birthday, you get 10% off. So yeah! Today was my first time at Golden Nail Lounge in my neighborhood. I came early as a walk-in. I was greeted by the friendly front desk right away. I got the Pedi In a Box with Kim and omg it was the best pedicure I’ve had in my life! The space is clean, the artist checked in frequently to make sure I was satisfied with the process! Got a tasty complimentary strawberry matcha 🍵 this is my new fav pedi spot!

From the second I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff, they asked me what I wanted, allowed me to choose services and had me started within 5 minutes. It was my first visit to this establishment and I LOVED IT!! I had gel build with extensions and design (which Hailey) handpainted, and Leo did a gel pedicure. They were both precise, meticulous and amazing at their jobs! Hailey definitely takes her time and is very detailed which is my favorite. They had excellent drinks! Amazingly nice staff and a very clean establishment! I will definitely be back and really enjoyed my time! And forgive my hands, they are naturally dry and it's cold lol but my cuticles were oiled!

i went during a busier time but they were transparent about the wait time and the girls at the front were making sure everyone was taken care of and had drinks or water. i got a full set with design and the picture i showed wasn’t exactly how i wanted the nails so i did have to explain some change in the details but the nail technician i had was so cool about making sure i got the exact colors and design that i wanted. i love my nails <3 will definitely come again (:

This was my first visit ever from a recommendation. The reviews looked promising and today was the 5-year anniversary. I came in and it was busy and popping in the best way. Kristy was so incredibly helpful when she checked me in. I've done s&s for 20 years and I'm new to gel x and she answered every question so patiently and gave me great recommendations. Kay is the manager who is incredible and jumped in to help her team today did my nails and they are impeccable. I can't wait to come back. This is my new home and every single person I spoke to while I was waiting said this was their favorite place as well and I know why now!! I never thought you could have so much fun getting your nails done!!
