GOLDEN SAIGON Restaurant is a Vietnamese restaurant at 2648 S Parker Rd Unit 2 in Aurora, CO, serving Vietnamese favorites alongside some other Asian dishes. For people looking for a local place to enjoy a comforting meal, explore plant-based options, or pick up dinner to go, customer feedback points to flavorful, filling food and welcoming service. The restaurant has a 4.8-star rating from 2,686 reviews, offering a helpful snapshot of the experiences diners have shared.

Several dishes stand out in those reviews. Guests mention pho, including a large steak pho, as well as bun bowls and a combination grill plate. For diners seeking meat-free choices, reviews call out crispy sesame tofu, vegan spring rolls, vegan curry, and lemongrass tofu noodle soup. These comments offer a useful sense of the menu’s range without suggesting that every dish suits every preference.

Takeout is part of the experience customers describe: one diner said crispy sesame tofu stayed crisp during a 30-minute drive home. Another review highlights a courteous phone interaction when placing an order. Customers also mention house-made ginger ale, with one calling it a must-try and another noting that a complimentary drink came with a takeout order. Reviews describe the food as comforting, authentic, well-seasoned, and filling, and praise staff for attentive, friendly service. That combination may make GOLDEN SAIGON Restaurant a good option for a casual meal with friends or family, a satisfying bowl of soup, or a takeout order that includes both classic Vietnamese dishes and vegetarian or vegan choices. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and closed Monday and Tuesday. If I lived closer I would be there all the time!! First time I went I ordered takeout and for the crispy sesame tofu and vegan spring rolls. They gave me a free house made ginger ale with my order too! The tofu stayed crispy on the 30 minute drive home and is honestly some of the best tofu I’ve had in/near Denver (and I eat a lot of tofu🤣). Second time I went I dined in. Service was excellent and after I ordered they brought me a free vegan app (after confirming my dietary preference!) and another ginger ale (which is really tasty by the way). I ordered the vegan egg rolls with the lettuce wraps this time and oh my god, 10/10. I also ordered the crispy sesame tofu again and it did not disappoint. Overall a great spot with super friendly service and tasty vegan options!

I placed a to-go order for the Vietnamese spring rolls, the spicy chicken wings, the combination grill plate, and a large steak pho. The guy on the phone was very nice and courteous and a pleasure to talk to. When I got to the restaurant to pick up, I was told that they did not have the chicken wings, Instead, they gave us the crab cheese wontons. Neither of us like crab wontons. It would have been ideal to know at the time of ordering, so I could’ve picked something that we would have eaten instead. the guy at the restaurant was very pleasant and courteous, and a pleasure to work with. When we got home, we discovered further problems with our order. The combination grill plate was missing the beef completely. The cucumbers were just the outside skin peelings and it had inedible large chunks of white onion underneath for some reason. I received some other variety of Pho that contained what I think is tripe and some kind of gristle and sausage. 🤢 I was able to exclude it from what I ate, but it was a quarter of the portion of my meal. It contained very little steak which was what I wanted. The spring rolls looked in good order, but they forgot the peanut sauce so even those were not what we hoped. Perhaps if we had received what we had ordered we would’ve enjoyed our meal but after this, we will not go back again.

Vietnamese spot with classics and some other Asian items too. Food: 4.5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Cost to worth it rating: 3 (bun bowls $17) Opentableable: no Return worthiness: yes Highlights: - Crispy egg rolls: bumpy crispy exterior and filled with pork inside. Delightful version. 4.5 stars - Bun bowls: large sized with soft noodles and fresh veggies. Pork was in small slices and glazed a bit and full shrimp was plump which I loved since some places give you flat small butterflied overcooked pieces. 4.25 stars - Chicken dumplings: steamed with a good thin wrapper and tasty filling. 4 stars - Ginger ale: freshly made with real chunks of ginger and some sweetness. 4 stars - Nice semi circle booths in the back - Decor: cute white lights, greenery, and Asian art pieces. Lowlights: - Took a while to come take our order but think they were short staffed that day but gave us a few appetizers which I appreciated.
