Gossip & Co. Nail Spa

I used to come to Gossip when I was in high school with my mom and best friend. We always loved it and since I’ve grown up and have to go solo, I’ve experimented other salons. Today I come back to my roots at Gossip and I am blown away with the professionalism and talent I experienced today. There are salons all over the place and you never know what you’re going to get but coming to Gossip will always be a guaranteed great visit. I believe my tech was Mary. She was very kind, patient, and consistently asked if everything was okay. She had a lot of correcting to do from my “usual” place! I will be coming here from now on. Thank you!

My daughter and I started going here about 6 weeks ago after a horrible time at the Gossip nail on Barker, I didn’t realize the two were not affiliated. Upon arrival we were greeted and treated so kindly. It was a breath of fresh air walking into this salon, not only is everyone so much kinder here, but the prices are WAY more upfront and the people are honest about what’s going on. I don’t feel like I’m getting scammed for what I’m paying for. Holly and Terry have done mine and my daughter’s nails 3 times now and we will be going back again and again!! They are wonderful!

Josie did a fabulous job for polish change. I had already unprofessionally cut my own cuticles therefore she did amazing at cleaning up my mess up. Perfect color for fall. I used color “965” on both hands & feet. Lina did my pedicure. ;)

I’m leaving ALL my other nail places and only coming to this one. The inside is so clean, beautiful and man it smells sooooooo heavenly. Lina took her time with my nails, especially because I get ingrowns, they don’t rush and pay attention to details, they are experienced and it shows. The price is worth it because the service is great. They also offer drinks and it’s really good! Definitely recommend ❤️🤩

I never do this but today I decided to speak up! I will never be coming back to this nail salon. I usually go to a different nail salon but this time I had missed my appointment and decided to give this new one a try. I went in for a refill and a pedicure and paid $138 for both services. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I clearly asked for a soft, natural nude pink color with a white tip, but the nail technician didn’t understand my request and gave me a standard French manicure instead. My pedicure was even more concerning. The technician cut my toenails incorrectly, and I now have two painful ingrown toenails as a result. I returned to the salon hoping they would correct the nail color, but instead of resolving the issue, the manager insisted I was wrong and told me I would have to pay an additional $35 to have my nails recolored. Rather than argue, I chose to leave. For the amount I paid, I expected much better service and customer care. Instead, I left dissatisfied and in pain. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience
