Grand LV Nails and Spa

I stopped in for a pedicure, and the service itself was good. My pedicure turned out nice, and I was happy with the results. The only downside was the overall appearance of the salon. There were boxes and supplies around that made it feel a little cluttered. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I think the space could use a little tidying up to make it feel more welcoming. Overall, I’d come back for the quality of the pedicure and hope the salon becomes a bit more organized.

My daughter and i got our nails done and spent total of $105 tip included. Loved the design and the guy who helped me was so patient. I loved my nails!

I actually didn't mind my toe nails, an older gentleman did incredible on them. My finger nails however were done rather poorly, I complained that he cut my cuticle, and they did nothing. I was given a price at the beginning of 65 for nails 35 for the basic. They ended up instead charging me 73 dollars for the toes and 65 for my nails adding a bunch of stuff without telling me they weren't included. When I brought up that fact, he told me "Who did your nails? The guy who told you 35 or me?" Which was extremely rude in my opinion, as I trusted that they were all generalized honest prices. My fingers weren't even done right. I wouldn't ever go back here because even when pointing out the errors my concerns were not taken seriously. If they were honest about the pricing and the gentleman didn't cut my finger, the review would be higher. They were super friendly just wasn't worth it in the end to be scammed. Only reason I gave it a 2 is because I truly enjoyed how my pedicure came out, I was planning on tipping him heavily. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The last photo is what I asked for. I said the only thing different is I just want one moon, none of the other decorations, and make them square, not oval. The first photo is what I got — The colors were off, and the moons were lopsided. I asked him to add snowflakes later on, said I wouldn't mind paying extra for it, he told me that was free. He kept telling the gentleman doing my toes to match the nails. Not ONCE saying it was extra. When I saw how his moon was coming out, I told him that he didn't have to do moons, that I didn't mind just snowflakes or something simpler (As he had to erase and retry), he said "Don't worry I got this, I will surprise you". I was not surprised. I came in with 95 cash, and told them I would tip on my card. I said that multiple times before being railroaded at the end to cough up 40 more dollars than I was originally charged. He had me sign in only at the end. This establishment needs better communication.

Took a break from this location because of previous poor experiences. I decided to give it one more shot today & met Kendall! Kendall was very sweet and made sure I was 100% happy with the set I got. I really recommend everyone requesting her you will not be disappointed!!

First time here and now I found my new favorite place everyone is so nice and welcoming such a nice environment will be coming back soon!!’
