I went in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem! Sam and Kay were incredibly thorough, attentive, and detail-oriented throughout the entire appointment. They not only care about how your nails look but also prioritize the health and long-term care of your natural nails, which I really appreciated. I left with beautiful nails and a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I go this nail salon often and has become my go to place. Nina, Kay, and Trang are awesome, everyone who works here are great. It is busy on Saturdays so I come in on Sundays. During weekdays I come in sometimes and they always try to accommodate just have to call first you give them a heads up that you are coming. The latest they take someone in is 7pm on the weekday which is helpful for some people who are busy, but I recommend to call ahead.

I visited Grand Nail Salon in Irving for the first time before the Christmas holidays and had an amazing experience. Amy did my manicure and was super friendly, attentive, and helpful from the very first minute. She suggested better options than my original plan, including a new gel strengthening coat that made my natural nails strong, long-lasting, and not too thick (which I really appreciate). She constantly checked in to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. My nails turned out even better than I imagined. Nathan did my pedicure and did a great job as well - very careful, clean work, and the white gel looks perfect. I’m extremely happy with the service and felt fully ready for the holidays. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I have lived all over the DFW Metroplex in the last six years and the only place I will go is here for my nails. While most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, my two favorites are Trang and Angel. Trang is typically who I make my appointments with. She delivers quality work while maintaining the feel of friends. She laughs with me and remembers everything I have said over the years. I look forward to seeing her for each appointment and trust her with the process of making my nails beautiful. In the event that Trang is out, Angel is who I go to. She delivers the same type of service and enjoyment. Any guest to GNS would be lucky to have these two as their technician.

The people were nice but the polish after over 4 hours was like putty and never hardened. This was my first time here. The place I usually go to in Mckinney I have never had this issue.
