I’m so upset with my nail I couldn’t stop crying. All my nails are different length and sizes. I asked to cut my natural nails just a little and next thing I know he cut most of them off, he put tips on the nails that broke and they looked completely ridiculous. He was drilling so crazy he kept burning me I was on the verge of tears. Last time I came to this place Terry did an amazing job but I told him to just do gel on my nails when I came back today they told me I had acrylic and gel?? I was so frustrated. Also the guy from today painted like shit there was gel on my fingers and the color from the last set peaking through cause he didn’t drill off everything. Now I have to go to another salon to get this fixed. Don’t go here if you want chopped nails.

If I could rate this place -0 ⭐️ I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The lady owner is RUDE & will UPCHARGE you at checkout‼️ She will add extra charges to your ticket at checkout. These are my REAL nails, I went in for a simple dipping powder overlay. At checkout she added an additional $7.50 for the “length” of my nails, mind you I just visited this place 2 weeks prior for the same service so for the 2 weeks of nail growth she charged me a fee of $7.50. I would highly recommend Champion Nail Bar in Rowlett or LEE Nails in Garland. They have amazing customer service, quality work & you don’t have to worry about them trying to sneak & add additional charges after your service is done.

This happened like 8 days after getting dip? Never ever had this happen with other nail salon no matter how careless I was with my nails. I hit my hand (not even hard) against the door and my nails chipped. Also I’m just gonna add this but he literally did not do what I asked for? I showed pic simple French tip but he got the base color wrong just chose a color? It wasn’t a bad design just not what I asked!

Been coming to this nail shop for years. Today I was very disappointed with the service. Last time I came and got a pedicure I was “recommended” to get gel. I NEVER GET GEL. But I tried it and was very happy with the results. However as I do every 2 weeks I came back for a pedicure and they want to charge $5 extra to remove the gel. Crazy to me! Especially as o am a long time customer and went with a recommendation they gave! Be careful when they push services on you. Update: Responding to their comment below. I will not call, I spoke to the manager while I was there and she didn’t care. I’ve been a client for YEARS but it’s more important for yall to charge me $5 vs customer service. I will not be returning to your salon.

Amazing service! My friend and I both got designs on our nails and they knocked it out of the park! We both were extremely happy with our sets. I was really nervous never having done almond nails before but was so happy they were the ones to do it. I also had my 3 year old daughter (got her nails done too) and they were great with her! They kept her engaged and entertained during our time there. Definitely plan on going back for future sets!
